Used Jeffs basic recipe, smoked 2.5 hrs 200-250( its cold here) to 170 internal temp. Used my BBQ sauce that I make.

Thanks Redheeler. I'm excited to do it again going to add more of my rub with it next time to get some real good punch. I held off a little just in case.
