Cheers Sweet Cookies! And happy Tuesday to you!

Yesterday afternoon, I whipped up a super quickie afternoon snack of a couple small conch and then drank some of my "house wine" which has been Principessa Gavia from Italy.

That white wine, dry and lovely, made of CORTESE grape, was really perfect with the conch tossed in oil etc..

And so, tiny snack/pairing aside, and despite it not being smoked, (I dropped these conch in boiling water to release the meat and then chopped it up), it is worth sharing!

Happy GORGEOUS day to all! Cheers! - Leah

Thanks Humdinger!

I used oil, apple cider vinegar, and oregano and some chopped parsley but noticed it needed some raw garlic and so I chopped that in after the photo and gobbled it all up!

Here's to fabulous CONCH! I prefer the large slabs of it, as to make ceviche/raw delicacies, but these little guys once boiled, served as a great, healthful, and quickie snack!

Cheers!!!!!!! - Leah
