Hi everyone,

My name is David, and I've been grilling for 25+ years, but I've only recently started smoking. My good friends got me a Brinkmann smoke-n-grill for my birthday. So far I've attempted wild duck, salmon, and of course my favorite, babyback ribs. All turned out great (my family's opinions), but I'm thinking they could be even better. In part, that's why I choose this forum with it's bizillion members

Anywho, thanks for letting me ramble on, now let's get to finding that elusive unicorn of great smoked eats
