Kind of an oxy-moron isn't it?   Thought i'd try the  curly method of fitting the ribs on the mini today vs cutting them in half like i usually do when i use the mini.   Everything looked the same on the outside but the inside kind of surprised me...they were almost dripping wet.   Now I've had moist ribs and I've had moist ribs but these were in a different category.

I'll keep curling the ribs if they turn out like this..lol    Hope the pics give them justice.

Mmm....those really do look very juicy!  Nicely done, Keith!

Thanks Red!   These were the juiciest , almost like biting into a watermelon.,.no kidding, lol.     I left the membrane on and it melted away..If you look where the pull back is on the bones that's it.
