I have a pork butt that I plan to smoke and serve Saturday afternoon, could I make a tray of ABT's and put them in on top rack of MES 30 towards the end while the pork butt finishes?
Sure you can. Depending on the smoke temp, 225 to 250°F they will take about 2 hours...JJ
Now I have a new plan.....thanks guys. They should make great appetizers!
