I grow jalapeno peppers every year because they are so prolific and boost my ego. I'm the only one that eats them and I make them all into poppers. Split, deseed, fill with cream cheese and wrap in bacon. I make up a bunch and freeze them to eat all winter. The trick to freezing them is to freeze them on a cookie sheet first, then when hard put them in bags or plastic containers. I put them on the grill when still frozen.
