My name Is Keith Arens,I am from Lester Prairie, MN. I have been looking for a very long time at smokers that a guy could purchase and was never satisfied. So I bought a traeger grill thinking this would solve all my issues. well I was wrong. I recently found a SS Norfolk fridge and am now in the process of converting it over to a smoker I have always wanted. With the help of this site and wonderful members I don't think I will have a issue at all.
