Took advantage of some of the last mild weather in Illinois. Smoked a small pork butt, a brisket flat, a boneless turkey breast and my version of a slimmed down fatty (wife says I should call it a smokey rollup). It consisted of seasoned ground round stuffed with spinach, cabbage mushrooms and cheese. Great!
Forgot the QView of the finished butt and rollup, but they turned out great, tasty and juicy. Just have to take my word for it.

Turkey breast was rubbed with SPG

Brisket was rubbed with SPOG & oregano.
