Hello all!!
Thanks for having me! Little about me, just started smoking this spring, built my own offset reverse flow stick burner and absolutely love cooking with it! I'm 37 years old, have a fabrication background and currently make my living as a Machinist.
look forward to learning new things from more experienced Q'ers, wanting to build an electric setup for these Michigan winters so I can maintain temps from my recliner LOL! Hope to find help with that project while I'm here!
