I have a recipe for Quail Eggs but have no idea where to buy Quail Eggs at.  I live about 70 miles from St Louis and no store in that area sells them.  So does anyone happen to know a good site on the Web that sells Quail Eggs?

Thank You

"Whole Foods" and gourmet stores usually carry them, and then the Asian section of many grocery stores often have canned hardboiled/cooked quail eggs.

I love them raw, served over raw salmon roe, and then also poached over toast, and with anchovies alongside as in my little dish below. Hopefully you'll find some and whip up your delicious thing!!!! Cheers and happy Friday!!! - Leah
