Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
I usually always make this on Thanksgiving and around Christmas.
I always have Salmon around the fall of the year and get the smoker going with it.
This is Silver Salmon (Coho) we got in Washington state on a trip we made the second week of Sept this year. - I was born and raised there so I know all the good salmon fishing and seafood places.
Simple recipe and very good.
- Fresh Smoked Silver Salmon
- Cream Cheese
- Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper
Mix in a large bowl, crack out the Ritz crackers and enjoy!
