New to the forums, but not to the craft. Have progressed from an ECB with mods to a BYO barrel smoker and now have created my own trailer smoker.
Have a background in food service business but have transitioned into another field over the last 5 years.
Into this smoker this morning...Boston Butt, Sausage, Fresh Kielbasa, Chicken Thighs and of course a Turkey.
