Hey guys,

I had a 10 pound brisket in the MES. The internal temp was up to 167* when I left to go to the gym. Sometime after that, I lost power and the smoker shut off. When I got back home, the I internal temp was down to 105*. I have got it back on and heat set at 240*. The internal temp is back up to 147*. Is the brisket going to be ruined? Any tips on what to do? Take it all the way to 200* again and pull it and wrap it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
