Name's Mary, I received a 70$ Weber electric bullet smoker for Christmas two years ago. I have been smoking everything for ribs and chicken to stuffed mushrooms and shrimp ever since, all using recipes techniques and knowledge from this site. Have improved a lot since an escaped red hot piece of hickory burned a nasty hole on my back porch. Going to smoke a 12 lb turkey for thanks giving. Just got around to posting in roll call. Now to read up on some more turkey smoking tips.
