So i did my first turkey in my smoker

Turkey was a 13lb butterball

Brined over night with a home made brine

Real light rub

Smoked at 250 for 4hrs with a 50/50 mix of apple and hickory

Hello.  I am sorry to tell you this but, There is NO 12 step program for this one.  I can admit I have a problem; I just don't care.  :icon_biggrin:  Besides, how else would I explain all the cheers.gif? Have fun.  Keep Smokin!
