Thanks Sounds like one heck of a good deal! It seems like the thinner pieces are pretty much all bite through and the thicker ones still have good meat but you have to eat around the cartilage.... either way it's pretty tasty meat. I just go by look and probe tender but those were only about 2 hours @275

I just got 2 boxes from Hills on Lower Huntington yesterday. They have 10 lb boxes of tips for $15 I have one soaking in the cooler for the smoker tomorrow and put one in the freezer.
