Stainless Steel!

I had made a smoker out of a thick stainless pot...Dang is stainless one heck of a insulator. You can put your hand on it and not get burnt..It's 25 outside with a windchill of 6 cooking at 275  w/ very little air.   Holds heat rock solid temps. 

 

If you build a jumbo mini type of smoker go stainless vs aluminum....It's worth it!

:ROTF  ABSOLUTELY Keith.  GREAT STUFF.  The main problem with it is it can be hard to work depending on what you want to do with it.

If you mean hard to cut and drill then yes you're right.   Did you see my thread on the build?
