Man I have been BBQ and smoking for years and never found this till now. Talk about living under a rock. Lol... I live in north east florida and have 2 different set-ups first is s custom built pull behind side box fed smoker big enough to cook 2 whole hogs on I will use this one for large parties from time to time. My second set up is a masterbuilt little fridge deal love that little thing never lets me down and if Im tight on time she does the trick. Smoked meats are my favorite thing to do there is just something peaceful about it. Im looking through all the forums now and am looking forward to picking up some new things.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.
