Mrs Bear helping pick up the slack from my cutting back on smoking lately.
She likes it, because she's not a big smoked meat enthusiast.
This has always been my favorite “Cheap” restaurant dinner, and the only thing my Son would order from about 10 years old until 18.

A nice 3 LB Chucky:
Not the greatest price, but:
Fresh out of Crockpot:
Ready to pull:
One slice of bread with gravy:
Then some pulled Chucky on top:
Then another slice of bread & more gravy. Also Taters & Carrots that cooked with the Chucky:
Then The Next Day-----Sammy Time!!!
Coat both sides of a roll with Horseradish Sauce, and pile on the Pulled Chucky.
Then one TBS of juice from each Hot Pepper jar and Bread & Butter Pickle jar:
Then cover with Shredded Mozzarella, and stick it in Toaster Oven:
Remove from oven after cheese melts & roll crisps up a bit:
