To Much??

Getting ready to smoke a turkey next week and thinking of filling up the smoker as long as I have it fired up.

Would a turkey, a couple of beer can chickens and a fattie or 2 be to much?

I realize I would have to monitor the meat temperatures seperatly, and how would you stack these in your smoker if you were doing it?

I am thinking: hang the turkey, put the chickens on the next rack down and the fatties at the very bottom?

By the way my smoker is handbilt 3'X3' by 6' high.

to me too much is never too much.  you usually want poultry on the bottom.
