First time smoking a bird.
Butterball turkey seasoning on the bird.
Temp @ 240 for 5 hours
Prefect smoked.. Used cherry wood and it was excellent.

No Brine. Just the simple cajun rub on there. I did wrap it in foil and let them sit for an hour prior to cutting. super moist.
