I was looking at the new people who joined today and I see another fine outstanding person from Baton Rouge joined just a little while ago!

I found SMF a year or so ago and I have gained a ton of knowledge from all the great posters here. I lived in Thiboduax (God's country for us Cajun people) for most of my life and just moved to Baton Rouge a few years ago. I went to culinary school at Nicholls State University and there I learned the joys of Charcuterie. I have been smoking and grilling all sorts of things over the last 5 or so years. I look forward to learning even more as part of this great group!
