Must be something in the Baton Rouge Air!

Thread Starter

I was looking at the new people who joined today and I see another fine outstanding person from Baton Rouge joined just a little while ago!

I found SMF a year or so ago and I have gained a ton of knowledge from all the great posters here. I lived in Thiboduax (God's country for us Cajun people) for most of my life and just moved to Baton Rouge a few years ago. I went to culinary school at Nicholls State University and there I learned the joys of Charcuterie. I have been smoking and grilling all sorts of things over the last 5 or so years. I look forward to learning even more as part of this great group!

Welcome to the group Kenny! You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc. There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another. Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
