New here, from Pasadena MD right on the chesapeake. Just got a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5" just a few weeks ago, I've only made a brisket so far on it, but it turned out quite good. Looking to try pork shoulder and ribs soon!

Welcome to the forums!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.  Congrats on that new WSM...those are nice rigs!
