Who knew they could cook so well on the right coast.

How do you keep the beer long enough to use on the turkey? One bottle for the bird justifies the other 5 for the chef's share? You got to get into the right attitude for cooking right?
 
Looks great rick... alot of different flavors going in.. with the heat I love it! I love the jerk marinade.. good stuff!
