Hello all my name is Jason and I'm from Kearney, NE. I've been browsing this site for quite some time trying to find advice on a stainless steel refrigerator smoker build/ conversion. My old man and I use this to process our own deer meat (the usual sticks, summer sausage, ring bologna, jerky, etc.) and we're trying to make it more efficient and less stressful. :) I look forward to hearing the advice and comments from everyone. I see a lot of cool things being done and am excited what we could turn ours into.
