Got a lynk pro sear off remodel job,which I heard was 1500 bucks just to sear. Gutted this thing, ceramic slabs with multiple holes and rotting grate straight over burner.. First pic is the actual grate you put steaks on. Looks like chrome vanadium at 1/4 inch, got two  of them. Not going to use them in this deal. Thinking to use bottom piece on bottom of smoker witha plate to cover holes, and possibly for hot smoking, oh yea this is cold smoker possibly hot. Got a great Oklahoma Joe 16x 18 for firebox to set and pipe behind it. T1- 11 however you say it for siding.  Going to incorperate stainless at bottom to clean easier. Second pic is cover and slide out that was at bottom. Got dimensions going just would take ANY input. Gonna doer real quick I do got my own idears. Thanks Dave

Bet they are too. Forgot to say have 16x24 oven racks off old stove need 2 more, gonna talk to local appliance people. Bying material within the week cause gonna do bacon again. Probably gonna do alot, sausage etc.
