Beef Short Ribs on my Rec Tec
Temp was 225, took about 6 and a half hours. Every hour for the first 3 hours I sprayed them with apple juice. After the 3rd hour I put on honey, brown sugar and apple juice and foiled them, put back in smoker for another 3 hours, pulled them and put BBQ sauce on them and put back in smoker for an other 20 minutes. They were delicious.
