Aussie smoking newbie

Thread Starter
Hi all, great site you have here. I have been interested in getting into smoking ever since I lived in the States.
I do a lot of camping at home and enjoy cooking in the coals.
I plan to do plenty of reading and steal plenty of ideas to build my first smoker. I just bought a new house on acreage and plan to have a dedicated area to try this out!

Cheers Tim
