CSR's in the smoke Now with Q View

No Q view yet, but trying some CSR's for the first time.  Just plain and simple this time around with a basic pork rub and let 'em set in the fridge overnight.  When they are done I will most likely put them on a hot grill and mop on a bit of store bought sauce.  Haven't had time to make any lately.

Until now I always parboiled them and then seared them on the grill.  They were really good that way, but hoping the smoke works it's magic and I never parboil again

You will never boil again.

Now for the problem.

I remembered to take a quick pic before taking them off the grill.  All I had on hand was some KC Masterpiece, so that's what went on 'em, but not real thick.  Smoked 'em about 2 1/2 hours, then foiled them with a 1/2 cup of apple juice for close to 2 hours then slapped them on the infrared grill as high as it would go

These were just super good and much better than the parboiled then grilled ones I've done in the past
