So I've been lurking for a few weeks and finally decided to join...I'd like to start by thanking TulsaJeff and everyone else for making these forums the resource they are - tons of information here, and it's helped tremendously.

Mrs. TJ just purchased me one of the Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 units from Sam's Club...I read a bunch about it before telling her I wanted it and have done most of the mods suggested, and it is my first smoker - so far, I'm loving it.

I'm a California native, currently in Temecula (about 1 hour north of San Diego), self employed and really wish I had unlimited resources to devote to this hobby...sadly, like most, I do not so my toys are fairly limited...but that aspect makes it fun as well.

Welcome to the forum! Glad to have you here
