I am in NW New Mexico, close to the four corners of NM, AZ, UT and CO. I have been a smoker for a couple years. I use a Master Built electric smoker. I mostly make summer and link type sausage. I have been looking at and reading this site for a while and am very impressed at how helpful and willing to share information everyone is. I have just stumbled across a Carter Hoffmann Buffett cart and am torn between build or bail on it being a smoker. Happy times!!!
