Last night on Cooks Country (PBS), they smoked pork ribs (indirect heat in a Weber kettle) using corn cobs and a foil packet containing 1\4 C of corn meal. Has anyone tried this before? Thanks for your help......Paul  :icon_eek:

I have used Corn Cob Pellets, they have a great mild flavor...JJ
