So I normally buy my ribs from BJ's but the last two packs I got of baby backs were really crappy. They looked like something out of the chainsaw massacre. We have a butcher about 10 minutes away and I called him last week to order 4 racks. Wife picked them up on Friday, the butcher pulled the membrane on all of them for me and put them in a vacuum sealed bag.



I used my usual Tasty Licks RibRub, put hem in saran wrap and put them in the fridge over night.


Squeezed them on my Weber Genesis along with my AMPTS and BBQ Delight Apple pellets.



Smoked between 250* and 265*. Foiled for 35 minutes and then put back on unfoiled for another 30.

Sorry no finished and plated pictures. After pulling then off they were foiled and put in the cooler.
