I am going for my first attempt smoking kielbasa this weekend. I've seen many recipes that call for Dried Milk as a binder. Other than a hugh box for $15 of dried milk I found a small package of Carnation's non-fat Dry Milk for about $3.50 which would be enough for 20 pounds of kielbasa. I'm only making about 10 pounds of venison kielbasa with probably 50/50 pork shoulder. Will this work?t
