Crappie, evening.....  You filled those casing by yourself !!!!!!!!  like ALONE !!!!!  No one to help you, and using a grinder at that ????

You are one persistent tough dude.....    When you get your stuffer, you will be all smiles...   promise....

DriedStick, your meat sticks look great - did you make these from deer and if so, did you add fat to the meat?
 
Mixing, Smoking and Cooking is all done!  I'm not a huge fan of Summer Sausage, but I had to try some, I love this stuff - it taste really good - This is the Summer Sausage I added some cheese with.

Thanks for everyone's comments - the only thing I would do different in the future is use a sausage stuffer and not the grinder to stuff the casings.
