While there might be better ways to spend an afternoon, putting some meat in the smoker can be hard to beat.

Breakfast fattie, added some scrambled eggs and rolled it up.

Mmmmm. Bacon.

And for the ribs, today's choice was baby backs with McCormick Low & Slow Smokin Texas BBQ rub. I know, I need to mix up my own, but I'm heading to Texas next month and the name caught my eye.

Theres Mr Boo in the background hoping any part of the ribs will fall on the floor.

Seems I was watching the end of the Lions/Browns game and maybe left them in 20 extra min's. Had an couple small dry spots but otherwise turned out great. Had to finish on the foil, when I tried to remove it was full of juices.

All in all, the rub mix was tasty with just a little spice, had a great smell while smoking, butI don't think it penetrated the meat as much as I had hoped. Still good, ate 1/2 the rack before I knew it.

Looks GREAT! I've never added eggs to a fatty
