First off sorry to forum for posting under smokers and not smokehouse was too excited lol.. Here's my smokehouse I have been working on for about 3 days. It's 4x4x7 framed with 2x2 's sheeted in 3/4 plywood then sided with old cider 1x6 fencing. I did a lot of researching before starting this and borrowing y'all's ideas. I will be using this a lot since I run an org. Out of our house called hogs feeding the hungry on feed FB .. Been smoking in a cardboard box for years time to upgrade lol.. Here are some pics.. About 80% done.

That is really cool looking. Cannot wait for you to use it and post some good pictures of the output you get from it.

Well, I finished the infidel smokehouse yesterday . Got up at 8am this morning . Cheated an put my double electric burner to start smoking .. Used burner while I went to the hardware store to get plumbing for my double camp stove from northern tools. Got it set up Wasn't happy with it at all!!! So, grabbed my crawfish pot burner and installed it inside the smokehouse . It worked out great!! I have a remote temp. Gauge an hung it inside so I could check temp. Had no prob. Holding 135-140f . Even opening door to add wood chips I only lost 5 degrees. Did a smoke out for 8hr. With hickory chips. Going to use chucks just using what I had. Still got to get some expanded metal for 2 shelves in it.
