Hello everyone just thaught I would share my pics of my stuffed and bacon wrapped turkey breast. What I did was flaten a turkey breast put some stuffing on it rolled it up then made a bacon mat put the roll on it then rolled the bacon over. Then I tied it up put it in the smoker at 250f. Only one scoop of apple wood chips. smoked then cooked till it reached an internal temp of 165F pulled out let rest for a bit then sliced it open.

Your turkey looks beautiful.

I have a question about smoking turkey tenders. I smoked 6 of them today and I could not get the internal temp above 150. This happened Sunday with a turkey breast and I finally took it off after 5 hours and it was great. The turkey tenders were on 2 hours and I took them off and cut one in the center. The inside was white with no traces of pink or raw meat. My question is can they turkey meat be underdone and still be all white? This has been a recurring problem and I am on my second thermometer.

Thanks for the insight,

Sorry not much help here i am new to smokeing meat. As far as I know if the meat is white with no pink liquid it is done.

Hello I used brownberry boxed stuffing but added some stuff to it to my liking.
