I'm having trouble posting Q-views and recipes - is anyone else having trouble?

 Making lots of rib tips and pork broth today

 

smoking salmon for the hubby!

 

lots of rib tips

 

small pieces of pork  - will make smoked pork broth with this.

 

my new Beagle puppy Sophie under my worktable lol....

 

a pork skewer for the cook...........

 

added pats of butter and bbq sauce before I wrapped the rib tips - Sophie is supervising and STILL underneath my worktable.....

 

rib tips going back in the smoker for another 2 1/2 - 3 hours - cooking low and slow....

I recently got à big charbroil gas grill. Never been à fan of gas but it does have its advantages. Great for steak and pork chops

yeah that's pretty much what I do with my gas grill.  love to grill veggies, pizza and lots of steaks and potatoes!
