Hey everyone just found this site this morning... Wish i woulf have found it a long time ago i have 2 smokers one is a coleman chimney charcoal and a new masterbuilt 2 door propane... Hope to learn alot from you all and share what i have learned as well

Welcome to the forums, Jp!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.

3rd time ive done chicken first with propane tho... Turned out juicy and perfect as usual 250 for 7hrs

Pork was finished to a IT of 201* mopped it with dr pepper and covered in foil at 160 uncovered at 190
