Hi all

Name is kurt, I do hvac work to be able to do the fun things in life. been "smoking" for years but just found y'all when I got a new electric smoker.  am i getting lazy as i get older? maybe just need to train the kids to do the 3 am charcoal for the side by side:)

Hello Kurt, and welcome to the forums!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
