Hi everyone!

My name is Raymond. I’m from Hawaii. Building my Smoker and should be done soon.

I’ll post some pics later. I am defiantly a newbie to smoking meats and am going to need a lot of your help. Been reading some post and find that you Guys and Girls are a wealth of information.

Oh!  Yes I did Read the, Terms of Service  notes. Sound fare and friendly to me.

Keep up the good work. I know it takes allot to manage a site like this.

Hello Raymond and welcome aboard!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
