I'm from Southern Maryland and just recently purchased a large big green egg and am now trapped for life in the new found cooking style. I have been a "griller" for years chained by the propane line but have now been set free ! Joined this forum about three weeks ago and have read a ton of threads and used a few recipes, all with great results. I think we may have a future here.
