Hey, I'm new here to forum, but not new to cooking, grilling or smoking.. I am have a family get together and I'm smokin a brisket, beans & corn on cobb, and also having potato salad. I am curious what else I should serve with all of it? Any suggestions/ I kind of want to do something different on the smoker or the grill was thinking about doing a bacon wrapped pork loin also or some stuffed peppers but really not sure.. Any advice be greatly appreciated!

Well you could do some veggies

Or you could do some bacon wraped pork shots

Pork shots are delicious!

Three Bean Casserole is good with any type of meat

How about some smoked mac@cheese. Or my favorite, brisket-pulled pork burritos. Since the smoker is fired up, throw on a pork butt too, they'll take about the same time to smoke......

Don't forget the left overs. I like to make a brisket potato soup. No recipie just play it by ear but always get rave reviews.

Cope I usually make some of the brown sugar and rub (candy shots) and I also make some cheese shots (cream cheese & rub) shots.Love them both. I start with a kielbasa bottom wrap with bacon and fill. I do the cheese ones at the same time I do the candy ones Always turn out great hard not to eat them all. 2 hours usually is enough time to smoke.
