Howdy all from the great state of Texas. East Texas that is. Checking in after returning from Germany last year. Spent 43 years there and in Italy. Did a lot of cooking and smoking over there. Now I get to enjoy access to BEEF at an affordable price and currently grill or smoke regularly.
I've been using a Smoke Hollow pro series gas/charcoal/work outfit that does it all, including smoking. I just added the Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. Both are superb for me. Very good results with minimal adjusting of temps.
I've been reading everything I can on the site and find it a wealth of info. Thanks to all of you who made it so good.
