I am living and qing in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia.
I have recently purchased a US Grill charcoal BBQ and I am slowly learning how to use it. I have only done some slow roasted meats on the BBQ so far with a bit of smoke chips added for extra flavor, mostly experimenting at the moment. Hoping to be able to tap into all of your knowledge and experiences to increase my skills base.
