anybody know where to get fresh unfrozen chicken wings in MI? or am i left to buy frozen and unthaw?

Sams club carry's them over on this side of the state so you might want to check there. Otherwise, check with your local butcher. A quick google search for butchers in your area turned up about 8 names. Also, Meijer should have them too.
