Finally got something smoke on my wrangler offset. 2 racks of SL ribs and 1 beer can chicken. My wife made sime mede cilantro/lime dressing for grilled slaw. 1 rack wrapped and 1 not. Rubbed them down with butter then a rub blend that I probably toyed with a bit too much but was still pretty good. Grilled the cabbage quarters on the firebox sides. Since it was my first time smoking anything on any cooker, I was more than pleased that it was way better than just edible. Everything turned out really good considering but still have improvements to do.
