First fattie attempt!!

Turned out great. One I did with hot Italian sausage filled with smoked cheddar cheese and onions wrapped it in a bacon weave. For the second one I used ground turkey filled with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. They turned out wonderful just wish I took more pictures. I smoked them for about 4 hours at 250 with hickory smoke for the first 2 hours[IMG]
