This is my first thread on this site besides the roll call thread. Its hovering in the high 70's here today and decided to smoke some spare ribs since it's so nice out. I'm still a partial beginner so work with me here. If you have any tips or tricks feel free to let me know. Always eager to improve on my food.
Found a nice rack and removed the membrane.
Rubbed some mustard on them before applying the rub.
Applied a generous amount of rub on both sides.
Just laid them bad boys on the smoker.
Using hickory wood for the first couple hours, then gonna wrap them for a couple more hours and finish with some apple wood.
Also well be spritzing with a mixture of apple juice and apple cider vinegar.
